She works mainly in Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties but has clients elsewhere in the UK and therefore is prepared to travel nationally. Sonja is often unable to answer the phone when she is treating a horse. If you leave a message or send a text she will call you within the day. Email is checked daily and will be responded to within 24 hours in most circumstances. Under the Veterinary Surgeons Act it is a legal requirement that veterinary permission is sought before your animal can be treated. This normally involves a courtesy call to the practice to obtain permission for an EST to come out and treat, although on occasion your vet may wish to assess the animal first
